Get a real sense for what it is like to teach, to divide your time amongst 20 little ones, and to provide instruction that meets the needs of a diverse group. Then talk about class size. Until you have seen it, lived it, and experienced it personally you should not be making top down decisions that will truly damage our district. As Greta said, it's about the kids and what is BEST for them! The previous BOE was truly committed to keeping class sizes small. That made that commitment for a reason.
